1. Information we collect

We collect the information needed to operate your account and the features you choose to use.

• Account information, such as your email address, authentication provider, display name, profile image and provider account identifier.
• Workspace information, such as saved events, watched assets, alert preferences and the timestamps attached to those actions.
• Technical and security information, such as IP address, browser and device information, session cookies, request logs and error diagnostics.
• Messages you send to our support contact.

2. Google Sign-In and Google user data

AheadPick requests only the OpenID Connect scopes openid, email and profile. When you choose Google Sign-In, Google may provide your Google account identifier, email address, name and profile image.

We use this information only to create or authenticate your AheadPick account, display basic account information, associate your saved research workspace with you and protect account access.

• AheadPick does not request or access Gmail messages, Google Drive files, Google Calendar data or Google Contacts.
• Google user data is not sold, used for advertising, or used to train generalized AI or machine-learning models.
• We do not transfer Google user data except to service providers that process it for authentication, hosting, security or support on our behalf, or where disclosure is required by law.

3. How we use information

• Provide authentication, saved watchlists, alerts and other workspace features.
• Maintain security, prevent abuse and troubleshoot service failures.
• Send transactional messages such as account confirmation and security emails.
• Understand aggregate product usage and improve AheadPick without selling personal information.

4. Service providers and disclosures

AheadPick uses Supabase for authentication and data services, Vercel for application hosting and Resend for transactional email delivery. These providers process information only as needed to deliver their services to AheadPick.

We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect users, investigate abuse or defend the security and integrity of the service. AheadPick does not connect to a brokerage, hold funds or place trades.

5. Retention and deletion

We retain account and workspace information while your account remains active and for a reasonable period afterward when needed for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution or legal obligations.

You may request deletion of your account and associated personal information by emailing yuzidada@gmail.com. We may retain limited records where required by law or necessary to protect the service.

6. Security and international processing

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including managed authentication and encrypted transport. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Our service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate contractual and legal safeguards.

7. Your choices and rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete personal information associated with your account by contacting yuzidada@gmail.com. You can also stop sharing new Google account information with AheadPick by disconnecting the app from your Google Account settings.

8. Children and policy changes

AheadPick is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

We may update this policy as the product or legal requirements change. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
