1. Research tool, not investment advice

AheadPick organizes event probabilities, market information and related US-equity research signals. It is a general research and information product, not an investment adviser, broker, exchange or fiduciary.

Nothing on AheadPick is personalized investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell, a guarantee of returns or an instruction to trade. You remain responsible for your own research, decisions and risk.

2. Accounts and authentication

• Provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
• Google Sign-In is an optional authentication method; its use is also subject to Google’s applicable terms and policies.
• Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the service, bypass access controls, interfere with its operation or attempt unauthorized access.
• Do not use automated extraction, scraping or excessive requests in a way that harms the service or violates third-party rights.
• Do not use AheadPick for unlawful, deceptive, abusive or market-manipulative activity.
• Do not present AheadPick research outputs as guaranteed outcomes or regulated investment advice.

4. Data, models and availability

Prediction-market probabilities, market prices and third-party information may be delayed, incomplete, revised or unavailable. Scoring and asset mappings are research prioritization tools and may be wrong.

We may change, suspend or discontinue features, data sources or access limits. We aim to describe material product limitations clearly but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service.

5. Early Access and future paid features

Pro Early Access is currently offered without collecting a payment method. Before any paid plan begins, AheadPick will present the applicable price, renewal, limits and cancellation terms for your agreement.

6. Intellectual property

AheadPick and its original interface, scoring presentation, copy and brand assets are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party data and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

You may use the service for your own lawful research. These Terms do not grant a right to reproduce, resell or create a competing dataset from protected parts of the service.

7. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address abuse, security risks, legal requirements or material violations of these Terms. You may stop using AheadPick at any time and request account deletion through the support contact below.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. AheadPick disclaims implied warranties that cannot be reasonably supported by the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AheadPick is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, lost data or indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from reliance on the service.

9. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms as the service develops. Material changes will be posted with a revised effective date. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
